check out http://www.cheapturbos.com. They are a very big Garrett distributor.
Ken is the owner. Very good guy. I bet you will have your turbo back in a few weeks at the most. They can do a rebuild for $250. That includes new seals, bearings, balancing, etc.. That's if your wheels and shaft are still good and they can just reuse them.
