i don't think that the boost pressure is enough, because you have to overcome the pressure in the charge pipe which is exactly the boost pressure...
so nothing will come out of the nozzle ...
all pumps for water injection i saw had about 60-100psi minimum...

It is a cheap and easy way of doing it and I know for a fact that it works. Even if you are only running a low 5 psi it will still work. You just have to have the rite size nozzle to make it work.

i dont run a soleniod on my h20 kit. i have a pressure switch for 5 psi and the it turns on the pump, so when its not in boost no water and when it is you get the idea.

i know about this type of water injection. but this is not accurate enough for me... it works, yes thats not the question. But with the switch you have only on or off... nothing between them...
with a solenoid and the proper controller you are able to control the amount of water very acurate... thats what i'am searching for.
Greetings
Malte.

I cant think of anyone else that has the atomization of the aquamist, if its not properly atomized, it is a waste of time and dangerous.

sorry but what has the solenoid to do with atomization? wherefor it comes to the nozzle and the pressure but it has nothing to do with the solenoid.
is there no other supplier for water solenoids? i can't belief that...
