Im trying to find a curved intercooler for my bike but I cant seem to find anyone selling one. anyone have any ideas?

thanks, still makes me laugh, though I really cant hate on the 2nd quoter too much. I remember once upon a time when I thought that a McLaren F1 must have been twin-turboed and supercharged! I owe my love for cars and bike to Tokyo Extreme Racer on Dreamcast.

nah man, no idea! being that aluminum doesn't really bend that well, I'm assuming that one needs to be made curved. I'm still looking.

found this on a busa forum, custom airbox with 3 of those mounted inside. I'd like to note that with 3 of those, he is looking for 350HP. what could we do with one or 2?

45 mm thick and comes in 320mm and 370mm wide and they can bend it to the radius you like!
I'm also looking in to a UK firm that have made intercoolers for the CBR's

For any boost over 5-7 psi you will need a intercooler for the CBR1000RR!
The CFM must be a minimum of 450 according to my calculations.
I'm looking for q intercooler with an efficiency of 50% for a boost of 15psi, if I can fit one that large.
Another intercooler manufacturer is "American turbo systems" but i can't find that company on-line.
