where can a buy a new or a hybrid volvo turbo?

hello everybody.

i got a volvo 760? turbo on my d14 engine. (the one with the wierd t3 flange) and it started burning oil.

i want to buy a similar turbo because i dont want to make a new dp and new oil lines ect....

anybody know where can i buy a new turbo like this.... or maby a hybrid?
