Default Where to buy these fittings? (pic included)

sorry if this is in the wrong forum, i have been lookin for these fittings for forever, but since i dont know what they are called i cant find anything!!! If someone can point me to a website, or if there is a name for them that would be great, im talking about the red/blue fittings, they just look very clean and enchance the engine bay nicely. Wouldn't mind running them to my oil catch can, and also fuel lines.

Thanks!!!

Sorry if i stole someone's pic without permission, if asked i will remove right away!

Stan would be a better option. He can answer any questions you may have about AN fittings and hoses.

I know who's car that is!!!!

Those fittings are sweet but expensive. Worth it though when you want to do it right.

I got mine from summit, -12 AN weld on for the valve cover. Works perfect with the Moroso 2.5qt catchcan with -12 AN.

I'm actually running 2 catch cans, 1 evacuating the block, and the other from the valve cover.

I don't mind. If it helps you get the information you need, then by all means use the picture.

Those exact ones are (from http://www.summitracing.com):
Valve Cover
- (2) Earls -12AN Aluminum weld in bungs
- (2) Summit Racing -12AN 90* Swivel hose ends
- (2) Summit Racing -12AN Straight hose ends
- Earls hose
^^^I used Summit Racing -12's because Earl's fittings were $44 a piece and Summit's were $12. Earl's is out of their ******* mind if they actually believe I was going to buy two fittings for $88. And don't tell me they are of better quality blah blah because they are the same. By the way: If you use Summit hose ends, I STRONGLY suggest that you use only the big sizes (-10+). The small sizes -4, -6, etc. are a huge pain in the *** to work with. In that case, the Earl's are worth the money.
Turbo
- Earls -4AN 90* hose end
- Earls hose
Fuel
- I believe they are all Earls, but I can't remember

You don't really have to, but I decided to. You can use the "bulk head" adapter fittings. It should only be like ~$20 to get the two bungs TIGed on the valve cover.

All I did was mark a hole (actually just eye balled the center point) and then I drilled the hole in the valve cover. So then I cleaned it really good to make sure EVERY metal shaving was out of there. I then used AirCraft Remover to strip off all the paint on the valve cover. Cleaned that off and then took the valve cover to get the fittings welded on. After they were on, I painted the valve cover.

Well correct me if I'm wrong guys, but I believe that your only option since you need to keep the paint on the cover looking nice is to use the bulk head adapters. They seal with an O-ring (I think)....so all you have to do is drill a nice hole.

You can use a bulkhead with stat o seal. This way you don't need to weld anything to the valve cover. We've sold to some customer with the same intend as yours..

But remember, seals do wear out, eventually you'll need to replace the seals over time. The seals is made out of composite outer ring with rubber inner ring. Heat kills rubber..

excuse my ignorance on this topic but do the bulkheads with teflon washers hold up to heat any better than those with a rubber seal?

The teflon washer is usually the outer ring, the inner ring is usually rubber like Viton or Bunan o-rings. They do hold up better in heat, but again, any seals deteriorate with heat, weld don't
