where to buy exhaust housing flange?

its a t3/to4e .63/.60 57 trim turbo, ordered from down2turbo the outlet is 2.25 on the eshaust, how will i put a 3" dp on it? the 2.5 dp flange barley even bolted up, the housing flange is a 5 bolt and the dp is a 3 bolt. where can i buy a flange for a garrett internal wastegate turbo like mine? and a 3 inch dp flange?
