I don't know a specific HP level but I would like to know too. All the 500whp set ups ive seen are usually running the 9 series.

I do know that if u do alot of highway and top end racing its smart to go w/ a colder plug even if ur only making 350 or so to keep the plug from overheating during a long pull.

i get paranoid on the highway , im scared to blow my motor, soi usualy keep it easy maybe will only give it like 3psi or so for a little spurt.
for some reason im terrorfied.
im planning on well over 500. any drast effects of changing to colder plugs? like negative effects if they are too cold for the application?

a warm plug lasts longer then a cold plug so u will need to change them alot more often. Plus a warm plug is more efficient on idle and better on gas mileage. thats the extent of my knowledge ahah.
