What's your fuel pressure ???

Walbro 255 HP intank
STR fuel rail
B&M fpr (cheap piece of crap)
42psi with hose connected (Manual says it should be 28-36psi)
47psi without hose (Manual says it should be 38-46psi)
Is that right? Seems so rich, and why doesn't mine go up 10psi with hose off? I have access to a stock fpr, should I use it? Oh, I also have a VAFC; I can trim out fuel if necessary
