whats the torque spec for the 2 allen head freeze plugs on back of block?

Default whats the torque spec for the 2 allen head freeze plugs on back of block?

replacing those plugs with the Honda hose plug for PCV/Crankcase Evacuation. And should I put any kind of sealant on the threads?

I didn't use sealant on any of the engines I've done, if the block's vented right and in good shape they're just passages for oil to drip back down, at very low pressure, and there are washers there anyway.

ok well I just got my block back from the shop and there were no washers installed. I did pick up the honda washers though so Ill just go with german style. thanks
