What's the next thing I can do for the biggest gain with my setup?
94 Civic Coupe EX
5 Speed
RevHard Manifold
Garrett T3
Turbonetics Wastegate @ 7psi
Starion Intercooler
Blitz BOV
2.5" Intake-> Exhaust
Stock Internals
Question- What's the next thing I can do for the biggest gain in HP? Would upgrading my Starion IC to something like a Spearco at 7psi make that much of a difference?
ALSO: I have up to $1500 to spend, but want to spend around $750. I also don't have my own garage at my current house, but I have the Tacoma if I can't drive the Civic for a few days. I like doing everything myself, and I don't know a lot about internals, but might be interested in learning. So, any advice is appreciated. I might put in a new clutch because the car has 110k miles but the car has only been boosted for 2k miles.

Your HT Handle is interesting. what happens if you end up boosting more? B/c that was my suggestion for more power = more boost. you didn't mention your fuel management. A good way to extract more power is a good fuel management, and get that tuned for optimum power.

Yeah, sorry, I'm an idiot. All I have is a Vortech FMU with a 12:1 disc.

sell the fmu for like 75 bucks and that means u got 825!!! best thin u can do! its a piece of krap! anyways, get a hondata and take it to a good tuner and they can get u running at maybe 8 to 10 pounds on the stock internals. 1500 u can do internals, but im not too sure if 1500 is enuff. better fuel management& tuning=more power. most people think its all about internals. GET URSLF A HONDATA S200B!!! mines should be coming soon. do some research and u will find a lot

Re: (ek9vboi)
1)Hondata 2b/boost $425-450
2)Tuning $300-400(estimate)
3) Clutch $350-$400
4) Tires $225-250 drag radials/good sticky street tires
There its more than they $750, but less than the $1,500, oh and you can get $75-$80 for the fmu

If you're on the stock clutch, I'd suggest upgrading that first and foremost. Your stock unit WILL give out on you very soon.
Next up, fuel. You already have the ECU for it (P28), just spend the $495 on an S200B and get it tuned, than you can happily run 10psi at 200+whp till you ready to build

Steps
1) Hondata s100 with boost. ~$425
2) Raise Boost while tuning Hondata. ~$400- $650.
Outcome
Enjoy your new power.

the only problem with you getting a stand alone and upping the boost and im not saying thats bad thats the best thing you can do but, what happens when you run out of money and the motor is making more power, I dont think your giung to have any fun with a slipping clutch. stock honda clutch's dont last.

Ok, say I get a new clutch and Hondata s200b.... Is there any way I can tune the system myself with my laptop or pda? And to tune it do I NEED a dyno shop or can I make some track passes? Keep the ideas coming guys. Nobody thinks I should upgrade my intercooler???

I would go Hondata 1st! And boost controller and Clutch. Tune to 9-11psi you should be fine!
You need to go to the dyno and have a Wideband O2 to tune properly

Re: (HybridcivicLS-T)
so would any of you be so kind as to make a list of things I need to buy? (hondata wise?)
also, does it go in place of or in line with your stock ecu.
would it do me any good to use an apexi s-afc with hondata?
thanks everyone

Get the s100 with boost ~400
It goes inside your stock ecu, and no teh afc is not needed anymore, sell it and get half your money you spent on hondata back
