whats the max hp i can push out of 550 rc injectors
i have a poor man type r build f/i. i ran out of money for bigger injectors my goal was +450 hp. but wats the most power i can pull from those injectors??

ya man 325ish not close ima try and sale those. ran out of money swapin in a k24 in my em2 haha bad idea takin on two projects at the same time. alright man thanks

IMO 400whp is already stretching it (max pressure on max DC)
save yourself a dissapointing (expensive) dyno session and buy some 1000cc's and then dyno

1000cc's definately (I asked the same thing a while back too lol) - I have had great experience with RC Engineering but ID's are great too and so are Precisions.

This is funny because I made 310 with dsm 450's and only 55psi rail pressure. My tuner said that duty cycle wasn't as high as he thought it would be. 550's with the new deatschworks fuel pump and 60ish fuel pressure should be good for 400 safely I would think.

This is a formula I got from Adam (Shister66) years ago, that helped me out really well on B series motors:
Injector size (cc) x 4 (cylinders) = **** , **** divided by 6 (cc per whp) = whp
Ex: 525cc x 4 (cylinders)= 2100 , 2100 divided by 6 (cc per whp) = 350 whp
These calculations were done based on an 85% duty cycle. Base fuel pressure and pump flow will play important factors obviously, but this just gives you a rough estimate. hope that helps.

Id injectors are nothing more than the new Bosch injectors. We have like 3 sets off our ls7 and they are identical.
