With a 1800cc motor using 93 octane, 450whp would be nearing the upper limit. That assumes you have a very moddified motor. You end up pulling so much timing to prevend knock that you need a lot more air to make a little more power.
I think I've seen 5-550whp with E85, which is technically pump gas. That requires more than a single 255lph pump, however...

People have made over 900 on e85. I've seen 780 whp on pump 93 octane on a friends car, ended up blowing a headgasket though.
