What's the difference between Skunk2's new and old b18c1 intake manifolds?

What's the difference between Skunk2's new and old b18c1 intake manifolds?
The new ones have the rectangular part on the top where it says S2 Pro... I don't care about any of that.
On a run of the mill turbocharged GSR motor (lets say a small T3/T4, stock pistons and cams, low boost around 5-8psi and only trying to make 250-300hp) will it be any different? Are there shorter runners that will make more top end power? Will runners be fatter? Will the chamber be bigger or will it be reversed to make it more DD friendly?
Is there really any difference between the Skunk2 and a Blox manifold or eBay manifold? I know the casting is nicer, but still, what difference does it make? I want real numbers or percentages. If it's just a very small difference, boost could be turned up.
