Default Whats the deal w/ Hondata and Stage4? can u program your own ecu?

seeing the group buy gets me wondering....

if i were to buy stage 4 w/ boost option. which comes w/ the rom writer right??
how would i tune it? there are no hondata dealers in hawaii. will this allow the dyno guy to tune my car?

now my friend buys a stage 2 w/ boost.... can i use my rom writer which came w/ the stage 4 or what ever its called to tune his?

i'm not saying I personally would tune it, but w/ the stage 4 option its possible??

what else would i need to buy??

what else would my friend need to buy??

i need as detailed and simple as possible explanation. thanks!!

The Eprom programmer is extra and not included with stage 4 - and yes, you can use it to tune your friend's stage 2.
