Default Whats the biggest shot of NOS i can use on my setup and have no worries??

my setup, B18 block Resleeved and bored to 2.0L by Golden Eagle, Eagle Rods and Endyn Pistons (84.5 - 12.5 compression), arp head studs, the head will be a B16, no modifications yet but Skunk2 Stage 2 cams and valve train. I wanted to run a shot of gas, what would be the most i can do on this setup?

you can run as much as your fuel system can provide. I would say 150shot would can be had safely with a good fuel setup.

the best would be to get a progressive controller from nos, then you can run it how wever you want and maintain traction and experiment with the settings to run it just right, have it kick in so much per rpm

used to be a 3 stage top gun system around... we used one on a friends 5.slow... was actually a 306 all built up pretty nice. they dont make the system anymore but it was cool.

he ran a 175 shot setup total... was a bitch to setup right but damn it was cool seeing a multistage setup as elaborate as he had it.

3 stages is weird feeling kicking in I bet (have not been in a car running a 3 stage and they used all of em)... and I bet it is rough on the juice, using so much, but DAMN.

might as well throw a damn 50 lb bottle in your ride too... which is oddly enough been done before (not by me... we seen a dude at the track with it in his 89 lx). no bs he could turn it on fron the front seat manually (no opener) and it was mounted in the trunk (mostly...). Good thing most those years were hb's.
