stock sleeves .020" so I could fit my JE pistons in.
not boosted yet so I can't give you much info on cooling. W/o boost and a blockguard, I'm running really cool though.

after i am done with my block, it will be 77mm. i have heard that the biggest GE recommends for boosted blocks is 78mm, and after that, the walls become too thin between cylinders. 77mm with stock stroke (90mm) will put displacement somewhere around 1.7 i believe. i did the math a long time ago. i just bought my spare block and tore it down yesterday, but im trying to decide GE or Darton for my sleeves.

we are desinging turbo and all motor applications for the D series on a 77m bore at this time. should be available in february.
