What would happen if..... you ran 8-12 psi + 10.6:1 compression and ngk heat range 5 plugs? Would this explain the broken ringlands?
stock itr
vortech supercharger
fmu + 310cc injectors
vafc
no compression on cyl #3
Car was purchased in this condition. I'm just rebuilding it.....
I found that the pistons on cyl #2 and #3 had cracked ringlands and were held together by the piston rings.....
Thoughts?

Those are pretty hot plugs for fi, but it could be any number of things that caused the ringlands to go. Poor tune with the vafc. To hot of plugs. To much timing.
