DC2 to AP2

im building a motor for turbo and what like to know what combo i should go with. heres my setup so far.

83mm golden eagle gsr block
9:1 cp piston
eagle rods
acl bearings
arp headstuds
itr head
itr cams
itr valves

so what would be a good retainer and springs to go with? looking to make 400whp .
