Default What to use to clean the oil ports of the junk yard turbo??

i have a junk yard turbo and the oil feed and oil return ports looks kinda dirty inside. what chemical would be safe to clean the inside oil ports? thanks!

I would grab the phonebook tomorrow morning. Find a Turbo Rebuilding shop in your local town. Take it down for cleaning. It shouldn't cost you much.

Plus they can test it for you.

i corvered the whole turbo in gunk (took it apart 1st), it got all the grease off. then i ran wd40 thru the oil ports.

hm i guess WD-40 is safe for the inside? if so, i'll just use that then. thanks
