What Turbo parts would you NEVER buy USED?
Hey well i guess this is my first post but just wanted to see what parts some of you think would be a mistake to buy used.. We all know a setup can cost ALOT less if ya went and bought everything used and if needed to sold it used, you wouldn't be out much money for the expierence.
BTW ive been lurking here for a couple of months and don't actually own a honda. But will be doing a fully built miata as the motor is in the building process as we speak! Gonna be using some honda parts as well so hey it kinda qualifies!
Little setup briefing
1.8
eagle rods/arias pistons
arp mains/heads
head will be pnp'd
bigger valves upgraded springs ect to handle 9500rpm
jg intake manifold
aem rail
custom eq manifold
gt30r
4" dp
precision 600hp IC
Tial wg
Greddy Bov
Link Ecu &550's
Car weights 1920 with hardtop/rollbar turbo setup so should be fun. Hoping for mid 300 range on pump and 450ish on race gas.

Personally, rods, pistons bearings...ect ect. I also wouldn't buy a used turbo...just because I'm a freak and I don't trust other people at all. Other than that, wastegate, boost controller, turbo timer, injectors...I'd buy any of that stuff used.

u can reuse headstuds
wastgates
injectors just make sure they are cleaned
turbo if u want to risk it, might want to get a rebuild
turbo timmer and downpipes and ic pies can all be reused, make sure they are not rusty
