I am building a 99 GSR with a buddy of mine, and we would like to see what you guys recommend. Please forgive me if I知 a moron, but I知 coming from a different make of car and to be honest, I知 not all that knowledgeable about who makes the best tubular manifolds, an ideal sized turbo(on the slightly too big sized), and who makes the best D-pipe and IC piping(2.5"). We will be running stock internals, but plan to lower the compression with thicker copper gasket(what size?) and possibly a block brace that is located at the top of the block/ base of head(terminology?) But beyond that....Tial 35mm wastegate, spearco IC, oil cooler, blitz DD BOV, ACCEL 625cc injectors(size and manufacturer?), Walbro 255GPH in-tank pump, moroso 3/8th's aluminum line, AEM fuel rail and regulator, 3/8th return line. Hondata 2b for control and an ACT clutch(stage? and manufacturer?) MSD plug wires NGK plugs MSD 6AL and blaster coil. sooooo what do you think? anything you can say about pricing, quality, size, make of parts, and experience will always help. Thanks a bunch...

ACT is the manufacturer lol. Maybe you need to do some more reading about this stuff. Get the basics down, lay out a game plan, and then ask for tips based on that.

i suggest you figure out how fast you really wanna go, then do a search for for your hp/et range. This forumn has TONS of information archived or just lingering around...I went from not knowing how a turbo kit works to having a good understanding of static/dynamic compression, turbo sizing, and a few other things. If you have a good 1-2 hours and like tech stuff...just read past posts.
