the turbos that came on a toyota starlet (i think thats what it was) its a 1.0L 3 cylinder toyota motor and it has a tiny turbo on it. i they came on other things too but im not really sure what. some kid has this motor swapped into his early 90's tercel at autox and the turbo was really small.

A company called Aerocharger made a sealed bearing turbo.. its veriable veign too... my dad has one on a full body 750cc Yamaha vmax 4cyl snowmobile.. runs around 130mph in 1000 feet digging a 2 inch trench in the ice..
the problem is... someone bought them out and discontinued them... the only place to find them is on ebay.. buy 2 of them and make one good one..
you could use a larger engine... Honda made a 499cc 2 cycle dirtbike.. 50hp stock.. boost that sucker...
Turbo crotchrocket engine in a golf cart chassis would be cool too

I'm actually investigating superchargers. Maybe centrifugal ones since they are more efficient and compact.
Any suggestions for a 150cc size motor?

i beleive so, the inlets on the 12 and 15 are the size of quarters, so what ever its on doesnt need the assistance, lol.. i will be putting one on a twin cylinder 18hp craftsman lawnmower motor.... that has solid iron closed deck bores

lol, about 10 acres of grass total between 5 houses... i have a 10,000 dollar 60" deck 23hp zero turn hustler lawnmower for that... cuts grass at 15mph... im thinking about boosting it too.
but this little project is going in an old lawnmower chassis thats been stripped down and painted... as far as the drivetrain... im not really sure how to do that, lol
