Default what timing setting should i have when i start the car and drive ???

what timing setting should i have when i start the car and drive ???
my setup:::
b18c1
2.0mm headgasket
blox intake
t3/t4
equal length mani
6 row FMIC
inline pro- adjustable cam gears
and proper fuel setup...

my question is with the :::

adjustable cam gears
and 2.0mm headgasket

what should the settings be for the cams as far as timing goes ?
i had to get the cam gears because of the timing belt not fitting due
to the extention of the block with the 2mm headgasket.. so when the block
and head were reassembled everything was set at TDC cams and crank.. when i
started and idle the car to running temp, everything is good.. everthing is solid..
if i pat the gas cool.. as it falls in RPMs it has some vavle lash.. should the cams be retarted or advanced ? if anyone with the same setup can tell me their cam settings, so i can start at that point i would appreciate it.. and any info would be great from anyone..
