I was looking around for retainers, springs, basically everything. I can't figure out which brands are good and which are the best performing. All i know that i see a lot of people running ITR cams, so besides that what else is the best.

IMO, ITR intake dual valve springs on the exhaust and intake side, crower retainers(the heavier ones), SuperTech valves. Can't go wrong with that set-up.

Endyn has the best head parts anywhere inthe world for honda's. They are decently priced as well. They have valve springs custom made for their specifications.
Talk to them.
