Default What Spark plugs to use with my setup?

Hey i was wondering what spark plugs to use for my setup i know to use NGK but which ones..
my setup is a 9to1 gsr and will be putting down 400-500hp to the ground on a stock ignition..if you guys could help that would be great thanks

I don't know about others but in EVERY setup I use bkr7e11 NGK plugs.

Cheap and effective.
A little over 2 bucks a plug from your local Napa.

*edit* It depends on what your tuner wants them gapped to but I usually do it to .26 *edit*

id run 8's in it, also your going to want much less than .26 gap... more like .18

agreed. 7's are ok 3-400whp.
and if you plan on making higher boost you will have to gap them down, so the spark doesnt blow out.

so if im only running mid to high 300's on the street the bkr7e11 will be fine just gap them low?

use the largest gap that doesnt "blow out" or misfire under dense conditions

im at 330 wheel and have the bkr7e on my b16 gapped to about .28, works good for me.
