What Size threads for T3/T4 center section (water and Oil fittings)??
I have a T3/T4E turbo with the 0.63 exhaust housing.
I need to order my oil and water fittings for this turbo, what size and thread patterns does it use?
Oil Feed:
Water Fitting:
And I got my Oil return flange from RoadRace: http://www.roadraceengineering...s.htm It says "with 5/8" hose barb fitting" So is it a 5/8" BSPT?

The flange should be 5/8" NPT or 1/2" NPT (national pipe thread) not BSPT (brittish standard pipe thread). It kinda depends on which drain flange your using.
Oil feeds are generally 1/8" NPT but my Garrett 4 bolt discharge has a 1/4" NPT oil feed.
As for the water cooling connections, I'm not sure on size but I'd bet they are NPT as well. I know that some of Garrett's smaller turbos w/ water cooling use fitting similar to brake lines. This T3 centerhousing is probably NPT though.

Hmmm, can't seem to find a 5/8" NPT to 10AN fitting for the oil drain. Earls doesn't make any 5/8" fittings!! Only 1/2 and 3/4! Where can I find the 5/8??? or shoudl I just buy the 10AN bulk head fitting and weld it onto the flange?

That's weird, my T3 drain flange is 1/2 npt. I guess RRE makes their flanges differently or something.
