Default What size rods and what compression ratio pistons ?

i have a b16a2 that's completely stock at the moment. I am going with a .63 a/r turbine 50 trim, something that spools at about 4k to 8k. What kind of setup for pistons/rods do you guys recommend using ? The previous owner of the b16 was pushing 7lbs of boost and 2 of the pistons are fu**ed up. So help me out honda - techers.

It really depends on a few factors:

1. What kind of power you're looking to make
2. What kind of fuel you plan to run
3. What characteristics you want from the setup (basically how are you going to use it?)

Budget is a factor as well...it determines whether you'll be able to run built internals or stock
