1000's would be overkill if thats the goal he wants to stay at. but i understand the reasoning.
750's would be right at the top of where you want to be.

750-780cc's should give you that power goal at around like 80ish % i think. honestly though, if you have a good program and good tuner, get the 1000's, or at least like an 880.

You could get away with 600cc's (100%), but you want them ~80% at the most. 800cc is around the max for no-brainer perfect idle, although with everything done right, people usually idle with 1000cc just fine.

Saturated arent as good of an injector, i was at 425 at 76%duty on 750's last year with a BSFC of .45
Ive got the 1000's on my car with AEM EMS, car idles fine but pegs my uego rich and wont lean out LOL oh well
