what should be change for turbo install?

Be more specific. What car are you talking about. Also depends on the car. You might need to change the rods and pistons and set the compression ratio higher for certain cars. get a kit for it. Id suggest that. Not the turbo itself. Unless you know what your doing

i understand about colder plugs but doesnt closer gap kinda be worst?
closer gap=less time and less volt to ionize the compressed air
