Default what restrictor on rb25det turbo?

Hi, just bought skyline turbocharger, Exactly it is from Stagea - 4x4 wagon with automatic transmission build on skyline. I want to know if it is a ball bearing or journal? what restrictor size should I use. It is for my 91 accord f22a4. Was searching on the web but didn't find answers for my questions.

I ran one on my H22, used the stock banjo bolt/restrictor with an adapter like this:

Had to get it bored out slightly to fit the bolt, but it works perfectly

But he still needs to find what pitch/thread size that banjo bolt would be.

I think you mean like this

I believe the turbo looks like the following, although this is the HKS bolt on replacement:

From what I remember, they still used the same 14mm water lines, as the standard GT series. That may mean that it shares the same 7/16th -24 fitting as well. But Micban needs to confirm with photos and to test a few fittings.

I don't think the RB25DET version was journal bearing. But Wantboost might have an actual unit in his storage archive.

I always thought they were BB units... Anyways, I have an extra banjo bolt for the turbo, I can check the sizes. Hell, I'll even give it to you for the cost of postage. And I meant I used the OEM bolt with the adapter I posted, because the bolt has a restrictor of sorts built in

I was searching the web and some guys says it is journal and other it is ball bearing. I'm confused. I know thread size of the needed bolt , just measured thread on the turbo (m12x1.25). But don't know if I should restrict oil pressure or not. From what I saw on ebay, restrictors sizes for stock rb25 are 1,5 for ball and 1 for journal.
Thank you viperboy for your offer. Appreciate it, but I am located in Poland Europe, shipping will be not worth it. I'll try to find out something here

That means that its using a Banjo/bolt style oil feed like the OEM Subarus
I dunno about trusting by eBay for any restrictors....It usually winds up as a horrible idea.

Show the links of what you're considering so it can be verified.
