top mount :
better top end. (if even marginal). easy to run larger sized downpipe such as 4 inch, easy acess to turbocharger as mentioned above.
ramhorn : cheaper than a top mount. still good top end.

Top mount is the new fad.I have nothing against top mounts if it works it works but if you are driving a street car with a decent sized turbo it shouldnt make a big difference and when I mean decent sized I dont mean a gt42r lol
