i kno that the higher numbers mean the oil is thicker...hence 20w50 is thicker than 5w30. i heard using light oil is not good for breaking in a motor...because the light oil will not keep the parts fully lubricated like they need to be during this critical break in period.

10w30 Castrol Dino-Oil...
Hell, it's cheap, it contains Moly for extra lubrication, and I've gotten used to tasting it aftr the last three years
