Man, you can just use regular oil. I went through the same questions when I first started boosting, but the guy that built my kit was the first to do LS/Vtec and he told me that there is no reason to run more expensive oil since it is a must to change it at least every 3K. I swap mine out at the most 2.5K. I just run Mobile 1 non-synthetic. I have had no problems....oil related that is.

My $0.02....Good luck

run regular motor oil, some guys recomend thicker oil, but most just use regular oil like 10w-30 synthetic blend or just plain regular motor oil. shouldnt be a problem....

Always use synthetic if you can afford it, it lubricates MUCH better, and it has a much higher thermal breakdown temperature over regular crude oils..

Mobil 1 full synthetic 5w-30 or 10w-30 wouldn't be a bad place to start... if you can afford it.

Exactly... I use Mobil 1 10w30 at oil changes, but mostly Chevron 10w30 to top it off in between oil changes because its cheap and readily available at all hours and areas... I have noticed that I burn considerably less oil with full synthetic than with normal oil. B18B turbo btw
