Default What o2 sensor to buy for aem ems ?

I have a 30 1000 ems and have been using my lm1 to tune, kind of a pain in the ***. I would like to run a wideband with the ems for obvious reasons. So I was wondering if there was an o2 sensor that i could buy that would wire directly into the ems, replacing the factory sensor, that did not cost or require a $300+ controller. I've looked at there web site and in the set-up wizard but that really didn't help all that much finding exactally what i need. If you know of any please let me know were i could get one and for how much. I'm not looking to spend a ton of money if I don't need to. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

If that box does not have a wideband controller built in you will have to buy one. The AEM UEGO works great with the AEM EMS

The 30-1000 units didnt come with any type of builtin controller.. The 30-1040u units do.. You cannot just hook a wideband to your 1000 box, you need the whole controller.. Or you can sell your ems box and get a 30-1040u box..

The 30-1000 is the older unit. It does not have a wideband controller/heater. Just spend the $300 and you will be very happy when you set it up and it works! The wideband is the only aftermarket gauge I have in my car.
