a budget....
your planning on 6 psi??
get a drag or rev kit and then build on that. your engine is old yet fresh so you will be ok boosting on that engine. Keep in mind at worst a new engine isnt so bad and you get options of what to drop in next if you want to go all out after you see you dont want to boost JUST 6psi. trust me 6 psi is great i did it for over a year in my gsr (6-7lbs) but i wanted more and you will want more too when you see how it feels. Make sure you got a budget to do it right.
to answer in short.... stock injectors maybe a lil more and a simple drag/fmax/revhard or hmmmm... anyother whole kit will get you going and you can sell what ever parts you dont want here..(like if you upgrade to different manifolds or.....)
seems like you can have a great time w/ a kit and new clutch. price them out and have fun

if you have time, start building a custom setup. cheaper, and you get what you want. i did it. so far i've spent $1600, but you can spend a lot less in certain areas. for instance, i had to have chrome piping and a new intercooler cuz i'm a stunna lol. some people's custom setups can cost as low as 4-800.

2nd gen 'tegs are a PITA to fit a turbo on, I have one same year as you.
First of all most likely your front cross member will interfere with your downpipe so you'll have to cut and grind about 6" or so of the flange off on the crossmember or go custom downpipe.
Second of all it's not easy to run the intercooler piping. Lots of cutting and hacking there too. Start by relocating the battery and trashing the stock airbox. And think about whether or not you really need power steering, a windshield washer, and AC. A civic style half radiator is going to help out a lot (ie probably necessary)
I fit an Fmax kit for a b16 on mine but the downpipe was too short so I had to cut it and splice in a flex piece.
I'd say any company that tells you they have a kit that will fit a 2nd gen teg is lying to you. Might as well go custom, it'll end up that way regardless.
