that bov sucks I own it and also maxrev wont contact me about my dumptube that was suppose to be sent out 2 weeks ago

sorry to hear...my friend (That's his hatch) said that his is working fine, and that the only problem he had was that they forget to send him the flange for the BOV with the kit he bought...i guess you should just keep calling them and hope they call back

they also forgot some bolts for the dp too but that was no problem to get thoose it is just the principal that I spent the money and now Im just getting mad

I am with you guys. There products are very nice and fit great except the dump tube. It won't fit for crap. I am calling today to find out if he can send me another one.

FWIW, the dumptube was jigged for cars with 1/2 width radiators, not full radiators.
the maxrev bov requires periodic maintenance....u have to clean the piston and cylinder assembly every so often. its a good design....just make sure u get a steel bbov flange for steel charge piping and a AL flange for AL piping.

I couldn't hear the bov either. sound works just fine, just didn't hear the usual "chirp" or anything out of the ordinary during gear shifts.

its a high pitched "chirp"
i personally like it...no loud WOOOOSH to draw attention...sound varies depending on the amt of boost u run...lower boost = more of a ppshhh, higher boost is a qucik chirp
