What to look for when buying a turboed eg hatch?
I might be trading this local guy my stock 98 ek hatch for his 92 eg hatch with a d16z6 swap and a turbo intercooler setup running on uberdata........he said the only problem is there is some valve ticking and the valves need to be readjusted........does this sound fishy?......what things should i look for under the hood that might pe a problem in the future?......does this sound like a fair trade?....i love my ek, but i also love eg's......the eg is clean no rust that i can see in the pics he sent me he said it has had a paint job in the last 8 months......what do you guys think......thanks

yeah.....im thinking about just being happy with what i have..........hopefully i will have enough money soon for a motor swap and a turbo/supercharger......

you could prolly put a little turbo kit on your engine, if its a dx and get similar results as the single cam vtec.

where is a good place to get one from.......i heard that ssautochrome (that sells turbo kits on ebay) are complete junk.....though they are in my price range
