Default What kit would you choose?

I am trying to decide on a turbo kit for my almost stock '00 Si. I want to keep from building the block for right now. I want to run a setup that will get some good numbers without having to crank up the boost real high and lower my compression with internals because of limited funds. I have done numerous searches and read so much. Very few people give any real feedback as to how they like their setup. I really would prefer to keep my a/c. I would also like a kit that I can do myself with having to weld or fabricate and then get tuned(which is the most important part). I am open to all suggestions and eager to hear real world results from people and their setups.

greddy would be reliable but wont make much power compare to those other kit. You could buy drag or rev hrad could be reliable too by buying 550 injector, intank fuel pump, and a good tuned with hondata or aem etc.

you can get a kit or put together a setup yourself

but your motor staying alive depends on the tuning, also the tuning desides how your motor will run

goodluck

I have a full Drag gen 3 kit on my Si with 440cc injectors, and tuned thru a VAFC II...it is running really good and it put down 215 hp at 7 psi....I'm real happy with the kit and performance

i guess it depends what you will be using it for

i recommend greddy for street and if you dont plan on going to the strip

but for strip/street
any of these kits are fine
drag
revhard
maxrev
fullrace
hytech

personally if budget is a concern, i would recommend the revhard kit....otherwise...fullrace all the way
