I made 296whp and 234lb of torque at 23psi on a DRAG III kit. I run Weisco 8.8:1 compression pistons. I am sure you can get more if you retain your stock compression though. My best advice to you is to get a bigger turbo.

I made 243whp and 176ft-lb torque on stock motor 9psi untuned through the Tanabe exhaust, made 321whp and 253ft-lb torque 18psi tuned with RC 370CC injectors and FMU still 6:1 FMU disc, Hondata added then made 370whp and 273 ft-lb torque 21psi and making no more power above that since the turbo was MAXED out, the DRAG 3 turbo specs are supposed to be T3/T04B with a Super V wheel compressor and stage 3 turbine wheel in a .63 A/R housing, well mine when we pulled it apart was actually the smallest Compressor wheel and S trim and the turbine was only a Stage 1 wheel also in a .63 A/R housing. I was mad that the turbo was wrong but it servded it's purpose well for awhile! :D

Are you sure it's not an "E"? I've had many people tell me that the numbers I made are sufficient for a "B". Look at my previous thread,

b16 kit= "B" while gsr = "e" although you can get the e for the b16 or they may just send it to you anyways. (its been known to happen)

In my opinion, the intercooler that comes with the kit will work fine. Although a larger core will be more sufficient at any hp range. I went ahead and went with a larger and thicker (3 inch) Spearco intercooler.
