what kind of manifold w/60-1
what kind of manifold can I use with a T3 60-1. would the basic rev-hard, or drag cast manifolds work. NO A/C or P/S, so I can mount it facing driver side.
I dont want to start shaving of the block, just want something that bolts up.

yeah the log manifolds would work with a 60-1

if you are not going to have a/c or p/c why not spring for a equal length mani?
although it depends on what your plans for power are and the internals, But with a 60-1 they better be high or that turbo is a waste.
If you're fully built and wanna run like 15+ psi look into a full race etc. mani

like he said... look into an equal lenght if you thinking of pushing high boost.... I bough a max-rev mani and now I'm probably going to upgrade to a equal lenght

I don't wanna hi-jack the thread, but can someone explain why an equal-length manifold is better than a log style in higher boost? Do you run into boost creep more easily with a high-boost log-style manifold? thx

boost creep, HP loss. A nice tubular mani can net you 20-30 whp over a log style manifold. This is just speculation of course, but the same applies to NA...if it flows better, it makes more power. end of story...

an equal length or "tubular" mani optimizes the amounts of flow, pressure, and heat available to the turbine. a log style mani only optimizes heat and pressure. a tubular mani will give better response and performance in the end.....not to mention it allows the fabricator to better place the wg, eliminating boost creep problems.
