Default What kind of Injectors for jackson racing supercharger gsr setup

95 gsr

im going to be going with 9-10 lbs of boost with hondata s300. now i need some injectors to go with my walboro 255 lph fuel pump. I need injectors that can look semi stock if i take the stickers off and fit in the factory fuel rail. So i guess im going to be going with rc injectors. I want to pass emissions with the injectors if its possible so i dont know what kind i need High imedance etc....

im probably going with the 440's but need to know what specific kind of 440's to go with. tia!

The common for JRSC cars is

rc 550's if your car uses peak & hold injectors.
rc 440's if it currently uses saturated injectors.

Link to help you determine: http://www.allmotorhonda.com/t...r.htm

Looks like you use saturated, high impedence.

There are two basic types of injectors,
saturated (high impedance) and peak and hold (low
impedance). Saturated injectors are more common
and draw less amperage form the ECU. Saturated
injectors also create less heat because they draw
less amperage. A saturated injector will have an
impedance of about 12 ohms, this means that at 12
volts it take 1 amp to hold the injector open.
Peak and hold injectors will have impedance
closer to 2 ohms and draw about 6 amps. They use
high current to open the injector very quickly and
precisely, and then they draw less to hold the
injector open. For high horsepower and flow rates,
the peak and hold injectors are much more precise,
but they are more venerable because of the heat
they make. They can also deal with higher fuel
pressure than saturated injectors. If it is a street
engine that will be daily driven, saturated injectors
are more reliable for long-term use. Peak and hold
are better for high horse power and competition use.

Peak & Hold also require a resistor box to be wired-in or it could fry your ecu.

It's saturday night. We're all drunk.

Go with DSM 450's. That's the norm with JRSC setups.
