What internals for my boosted y7?
About to build up. What would you guys suggest for internals? I'm going for 1 bar on my 14b. With a y8 headswap, obd1 conversion, skunk2 IM. What should I get? Also if anyone has any good priced sites. Post em up!

I wouldnt do a y8 head swap....do the Z6....ive heard that they breath and flow more air
If your only plannin on running one bar I would upgrade the whole entire bottom end......rods, pistons . If your not limited on a budget sleeve it with a bigger bore
TUNING IS THE KEY!!!! I cant stress that enough!
Exospeed.com has great prices and from what Ive heard they do great work...
how much are you planning to spend on your fuel management?

I dont wanna push my **** that high on stock block. My tuning will be uberdata w/ 450's and walbro 255lph pump. Plus have plans for a larger turbo setup in the future.

If you have bigger plans in the future....why dont you do everything right the first time around.....IMO
That means that you dont have to change turbos, DP, and have to weld up more stuff....just easier....
MO, I would build it because of the future plans......

I like doing things in stages I guess. Makes me feel more accomplished lol. I dunno. I hate doing things all at once.

to answer your question, a set of forged rods and pistons will be fine for 1bar. for a Y7, the most common setup I see is eagle h-beams with srp pistons, they are cheap and will work great for mid range boost. get some ARP rod and head bolts and some new oem bearings and you'll be good.
