Default what is the ideal management system for a DOHC ZC with 8psi?

Hey, I just finished building my homemade turbo kit, I have everything together and ready to bolt on. but I am unsure as to what I should do for fuel management.
I am running a budget set-up and was hoping there is a good reliable but affordable way to finish this. Please help? thanks

8psi isn't much boost, both intercoolers would be fine.Safc only manipulates the fuel system and is very limited. The zdyne is a plug and play with a launch, revcontol etc. It cost is about 950.oo U.S. and the afc is 500.00.Go with the zdyne you won't ever need anything else!

I run the hack with a BTM, only because my ECU could not be chipped for TE.

TurboEdit is a FREE editor that Jason Parker created in his spare time. This editor manipulates the fuel and timing maps of an OBD0 (PM6 ECU specific) code base.

Basically, you chip a 90-91 PM6 ecu, manipulate the free ECU code with the free editor and then burn a chip and put it in your car.

It's definitely not a plug n play option (and neither is ZDYNE for the people who said this). You need to understand tuning or be able to take it to someone who can help you tune in your car.

Your 88 ECU probably wont work. The PR4 from the 90 teg probably will...to some extent. Best bet is to find a PM6 ECU.

Email me...I have a few PM6 ECUs that I am selling and will whip up a basemap for your engine and the configuration that you are going for. Then from there you find someone local to help you tune or learn yourself and go from there.

Also, I made some writeup that might help get you started understanding TurboEdit.

There is a lot of info about TurboEdit and many users on these sites.

Good luck.
