Well guys right now I'm running about 15psi on my 60-1 and the inline pro setup with the 440's and 12:1 fmu keeping the egt's right at 1400 tops, after going to the track this past weekend I hit a 114 mph on 15psi and 110 octane fuel with my fully interiored 94 Integra gsr.

Now If I'm right I should be in the 300whp or over range as fahr as horsepower vise and its actually getting kinda crazy how much power its really making..
The inlne pro communitly we have here on honda tech has ran somewhere in the 22psi range with some smaller turbos and correct me if I'm mistaking Karl (Jinxproof99) made about 350whp with that setup.

I know my turbo will put out great hosepower numbers and I would like to hit a 117mph if possible by the end of this year and do all of this at a save egt level.
So my question really is how much more boost could I throw against that motor with the 60-1 till the engine goes kaboom??

why dont u put it on a dyno. check ur a/f ratio's and power. what are u doing to pull out timing at 15psi?

I retarded the ignition timing 2 degrees and left the cam timing zeroed out other than that like Slowteg said 110 octane does its job..
And you are defitely right I should have dynoed my car but the closest dyno is about 2.5 hours away from me and I just haven't had a chance to get out there..

Lately I have had some bad headgasket leaking problems so I haven't been driving the car much at all as I'm trying to fix this problem.

Highest MPH i pulled was 128. 92 civic with a stock b18c1 weighing 2540 with driver. Best ET was 11.22.

we have seen over 400 to the wheels on a stock block/inlinepro set up........but i can't say who just yet.

i would say you are in the 340-350 whp range because i trapped at 110 with 318 whp.

the weight of his car, his torque level, tire size and psi, and launch all will have a say in his mph. its hard to say what hsp he has.

judging by ur 114mph trap speed I would say u r making just over 300whp.

take a Z06, this car makes 360whp and traps 114-116mph. wieghs 3300lbs w/ driver and full tank. that gives it a power/wieght ratio of .109

now take ur car w/ a full tank and driver and im assuming it wieghs 2800lbs. multiply 2800 X .109 and u get 305.2whp.

that is just my guess. driver can have a big impact on trap speed as well.

I actually did put all of my interior back in just because I was getting tired of all kinds of noises coming from the back rattles and just crap like that, how is your project coming along...

Damn I'm impressed by that mile per hour I knew that it was high but thats crazy high!! I need a favor if you are up for it, could you share some of your afc settings with me for VP16 gas please, I know its not going to be right on but close should be good enough for me to work off of...

I will be weighing my car in tonight and the only difference from the day of when I went to the track to the car wight tonight will be the 2 17" rims instead of the slicks thats it, also the scale I'm putting my car on weighs in 20 pound incroments so It will be off by 20 pounds tops but heck thats close enough for me...

I went and weighed my car in last night to find out that without driver it weighed in at 2510 pounds (which surpriced me at first) and with me in it with a helmet in my car it weighed in at 2730 pounds. Now the only difference between the weight when I went to the track compared to last night would be the heavier 17" rims and tires.
Oh yea and I weighed it in with a half a tank of gas which I also ran with at the track. In my last post I also sead that the scale would be off by 20 pounds but it was realy only off by 10 so using Chrises calculator I''m making about 297.57 hp which I think is a little bit off but oh well I guess its close enough. I also tryed using some online hp calculators and they were all in the 310-330hp range.

Conclusion: No matter what all of these bs calculators say until I have the car dynoed I won't know my correct whp...!!

Yeah the rattles are not so fun for a daily driver. I decided not to do everything in the Si because it is a pig and I picked up a 1992 black cx. Its well under 2000lbs now, I'm guessing around 1900 but it will be gaining some back with the cage and turbo. I hope to have it running in a couple of months. Hard to work on it a lot working fulltime and being gone every weekend.

Stan, I'm the guy that showed up at inline a week or so ago looking like I had just taken a swim in oil. If you all have some axles you are looking to unload that I can use in my b16 to 92 cx swap PM me, I'll swing by and get them this week.

Anyway glad to hear the car is running better. I wanted to get in and tune it some with you before I came back to the east coast, but it sounds like you have it running better yourself.

hit them up...they'll prolly hit u up w/ a discount since you prolly dropped $30k there for that setup...

Congrats on the purchase of the hatchback, It should work a lot better for ya considering the power to weight ratio of it. The si would have been a little bit newer and nicer but it should do god for your daily driver, right??
Have you got your parts collection completed yet or are you still waiting on some things?

I guess I just don't understand how you can do that much boost on a STOCK block and not have it blow up in a week.

The inline pro setup consists of: Inline pro Headgasket 2.7mm in thickness which if you have a b18c1 engine lowers your compression down to 9.25:1, 440cc injectors, 12:1 ratio fmu, Intank fuel pump, Cam gears to zero the cams out after installing that thick of a gasket, and either a vafc or safc but preferably a safc because of the wider tuning ability. I personally chose the vafc just because Its got the added vtec adjustability and with that 60-1 turbo I'm running I was able to bring my vtec engagement to 5000rpm so the valves would open sooner and I would be making my power sooner too....

And How it works you ask well the head gasket gives you a little bit bigger margin in error and its easier on the motor to hold boost but other than that tuning, tuning and more tuning is what it takes for this thing to run as good as it is...
