What is a good turbo manifold?
I want to keep it as cheap as possible but I also dont want to sacrifice proformance. What is a good manifold for a fully biuld LS/Vtec turbo?

Well that's definately not going down the cheap route.
The package from RCautoworks looks like a great deal. Dumptube, manifold, and the downpipe for $500. If I hadn't already purchased my manifold they would have definately gotten my business.
You could also try Straightline Specialties (where I got my manifold, quality is ) or Spoolin Performance.

there is actually a guy on ebay that sells his turbo manis that are made in the usa, he also has a website http://www.meutek.com , i have a few friends using this, they all love it, 2 turbo b16 and 1 turbo lsvtec. has either a 5year or lifetime warrrenty (cant remember) there on sale right now for like 130 shipped. i have one wating to go on my build soon.

$245 is not expensive to me, or others and thats how much I sell my log manifolds for. And they are well put together.

agree.. stainless steel cast and one piece is what you want for durability and longetivity. although you can't keep bolts from coming loose with that manifold, its still worth the money
