I would suggest an A/F ratio of between 12.0 - 12.7 for turbo'd Integra's with a good intercooler and efficient turbine. This is considered by most tuners to be a safe area (dependent upon each specific car). Make sure you listen for knock and it is advisable to get a J&S Safegaurd to be on the safe side.
What psi are you running?

11.5-12.5 is generally considered to be the "SAFE" zone on a stock high compression engine.
