What is a good oil temp for highway driving with a turbo?
Today my oil temp guage was reading 240 while I was crusing on the highway at 75-80mph. It is like 85 outside and I have NO oil cooler installed yet (this weekend project). Is this way too hot and should I not drive it until the oil cooler is installed, or should I be OK? Thanks.

Anyone know this? I just got the new engine in it last week, and I don't want to F*** it up. I am running a T/3 T/4 turbo, at 6psi (soon to be 12psi).
Just post your oil temps

****, that is awfully hot. My oil temp never went over 200. On the highway, it never went over 160 on a very hot day, it normaly stay between 140 and 150. I guess my oil cooler is doing a hell of job.
