what do u think id run, the 1/4mile with a fully built sohc vtec and a t3/t4 turbo or bigger in a eg hatchback, boosting 20-30 or watever ?
something like this or bigger

im not down with this homemade tubo setups that cost around 1grand to do

its all about your driving and at 20-30psi you better be a damn good one.

i have never seen 30 psi on a SOHC, hope you can pull it off?

I kinda hate to bring this up over and over again but one dude with a stock d16z6 ran an 11.8 with 16.5psi and 302hp.

10's with the proper tuning, driver slicks.. etc..

11-13's if ur on a real tight budget because of the engine build

Could run 15's or it could run 9's. A few important thing we all need to know. What car is this going in? What size injectors? What rods and CR are you going to run? Who's tuning your car? What ECU/standalone are you going to run? What size slicks? What................

It's going to be hard to tell you what you may run. It may be easier for us to tell you what kind of power you could make.

so why did you post pix of TheShocker's setup?
most T3t4 turbos look very similar, its going to depened on what the turbo specs are.

so you wanna opena can of vtec, nassstyy.. then get a dohc!
and 20-30psi... not sure what the limits of GE or most sleeves are ..somthing like 25psi max right?

comon guys i said FULLY BUILT, darton sleeves, pistons, rods, cams, retainers, springs, valves, EVERYTHING.....
would i not need to boost 20-30 psi ?
im looking for a racer setup, i dont know how to explain, ive read peoples and what they done, its not much just a stock block with small turbo and 15psi

i posted that pic because it was the only biggest thing i could find to a nice turbo setup

dude you can hit 10's with that. well with slicks, suspension, and a good driver....but why not just do that to a dohc and hit 9's.

my wack $700 home made kit hit a 13.7@101 in a heavy *** coupe on drag radials.

do people now the amount of work and effort it takes to make a FWD to run 10's??? with that set-up, you should run 12's......what have you done in the way of driveline? this is fair more important in a FWD drag car then high power engines. if you can't get the power to the ground properly, then you aint going no-where fast! just looking at your list of mods, i'd say you'll run about a mid 12. the T4 is a relatively large turbo so you'll get crazy top end power!!! get some slicks too.

in a hatch, 10's are easy... slicks + coilovers with like 1000 lb springs
