what clutch would you suggest?
just wondering what you think what clutch would be good with my setup. i have a d15b7 with greddy kit, fmic, etc etc. and im about to slap on a z6 tranny. so i thought i might as well get a clutch. i just want something not so expensive but just a step up from a stock clutch in terms of reliabilty and performance. right now i still have the stock 12 year old clutch in this thing believe it or not and ive never had any problems with it, except after i race you can smell it burning pretty bad. would you suggest i also get a flywheel?

I would suggest an Action 1MS. Heavy duty pressure plate with a 6puck sprung disc, rated to 275 hp. As far as flywheel, unless you have the money to spend, just get the stock flywheel resurfaced for $10-20 and you should be good to go.

I'm looking at buying a 6-spuck sprung disc from them. 300hp MAX. How would you rate the quality of their disc?

It doesn't sound like you're making a shitload of power, so I don't know why people are recommending such strong clutches. Considering how long your stock clutch lasted, I see no reason why you shouldn't stick with an organic clutch and a stronger pressure plate. Do some searches and pick a brand. I've used an Exedy organic as well as ACT XTSS with the Greddy kit I used to have. The Exedy felt almost like stock, and would shudder once in a while when it was cold and I was starting off, but overall it was a great clutch. The only reason I upgraded to the ACT was because my Quaife was being installed, and I was preparing to increase the power with Hondata. The Exedy was still in great shape when I sold it. The ACT requires more pedal pressure, but I like that. It would squeal once in a while when starting off if it was hot or humid outside, but it always grabbed hard.
I didn't buy my clutch from this website, but they have a chart which shows the torque capacity of each ACT clutch for your application:
http://www.coximport.com/act/honda.html#Civic
Before I dynoed my car with the latest setup, I changed out the disc from organic to a sprung 6 puck, but kept the ACT pressure plate. It's not that bad, but I miss the organic. Don't do a 4 or 6 puck clutch unless you have to.

Re: (mike93eh)
Not to thread jack, but will a brand new stock replacement clutch and pressure plate hold up to 200whp? I only need it to last a year or so, then I'll go with something better.

It should hold for a little while, but if I were you I would stick by your quote in your sig and go with a performance clutch..
"Do the job right the first time, or you'll have to do it again."
LOL, Honestly though, if you plan on adding power even a year from now it would be worth it to just get the right clutch in there now instead of buying a clutch now and a clutch later. I would suggest you go with a stage 3 kevlar unit which will last way longer than a stock and will not hurt to have in there even if you aren't making the power now.
Just my 2 cents..

Re: (clutchmasters)
The reason I asked is because I bought this stock replacement months ago, before I even had any plans of making this kind of power. I need to throw it in there because I'm getting tuned next Wednesday, and I can't have a slipping clutch on the dyno.
