What cc injectors for h22 turbo (SC60-1)?
I have a h22 turbo setup im building and currently have 550cc saturated injectors. Ive been told they are too small but havent been recommended a better size. Can anyone help me work out what I need to future proof my setup?
Also the ones I currently have are saturated, does that mean I need a resistor box or dont need one?
Thanks for your help

What is your power goal? What fuel do you plan to run?
Without knowing those two answers, we can't help you. Injector sizing isn't based on the turbo size, but rather the power you need them to support.

Come on man, you've been around long enough to know that we need a power goal to realistically answer that question.

Sorry guys yes my bad. Im looking to run 350-450hp, sorry I cant be more precise for now. What would you say the 550cc's are good for?
Thanks

RC Fuel Injection
According to the link above I need 966cc injectors but as they dont make them I guess 1000cc would be a good bet
BHP = 450
No. of injectors = 4
Brake specific fuel consumption = 0.65
Max. injector duty cycle = 0.80
Fuel pressure at fuel rail = 43.5
Can anyone suggest whether I need saturated or peak n hold injectors? I do have a resistor box. The chassis originally had a d16a9 engine in with multi point fuel injection.

You need Saturated (High Impedence) injectors. As far as I know, you can't get P&H injectors over like 500cc.
Injectors are classified into two categories.
1. High impedance/resistance (saturated) 12-16 Ohms.
2. Low impedance/resistance (peak & hold) 0.5-6 Ohms.

Actually, you can get peak & hold injectors over 1600cc very easily. That was the standard over 15-20 years ago before the Bosch invasion came in 6 years ago. You just need a resistor box from an older Honda to convert. Boxes were standard on older CB7 Accords and DA 2nd generation Integra

H23Vtec Turbo Crx @15 psi 473 hp 373 trq SC6176e t3 @40 psi pressure 880cc injectors peak and hold/low impedence 91% duty
Precision injectors. Precision injectors a good budget injector!
It seems most people don't mind maxing out injectors to 100% duty. I'd like to think keeping it not higher then low 90s is better. Going to a bigger injector then thought depending on how big... doesn't hurt just keeps your duty cycle lower and less stress....
I would however think saturated/high impedence is the better for over 1000cc
Currently have similar build H23V sc6266 t4 trying out 1150cc grams saturated... im guessin good for lil over 600hp.
